About the Concert

Since Till Brönner's first album, "Generations of Jazz", was awarded the "German Record Critics' Prize" in 1993, he has been one of the world's outstanding jazz stars. In the meantime, the trumpeter has recorded a number of impressive albums, is professor of jazz trumpet at the Dresden University of Music and tours the world with great success. The exceptional musician has enjoyed star popularity at least since his two-time participation as a jury member and mentor in the casting show "X Factor". He was the first artist to win the triple prize crown with the "ECHO Pop", the "ECHO Klassik" and the "ECHO Jazz" - proof that Brönner is a border crosser who feels at home not only in jazz. Together with his band, he will delight the audience at the Kulturpalast with the full range of his skills.
