Evidence such as vaccination certificates or negative tests must currently no longer be shown, and the obligation to wear a mouth-nose covering has also been dropped. We recommend that you keep your distance indoors where possible and also wear a medical or FFP2 mask in the concert hall. Your jacket and luggage, if you have any, must be left at the checkroom, which is free of charge.
Tickets can be exchanged for another concert of the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra with an adequate price category up to 5 working days before the start of the concert upon presentation of the original tickets and for a fee of € 6 per ticket. If you bought the tickets in the ticket service of the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra and the organizer has released us for the refund, you can fill out and send us the appropriate form. You can find the forms in the download area.
