Sakari Oramo

During his career, Finnish conductor Sakari Oramo has already held several important leading positions. Currently, he is, among others, Principal Conductor of the BBC Symphony Orchestra, a position he will hold until at least the orchestra's 100th anniversary in 2030, and artistic partner of the Gürzenich Orchestra Cologne. His conducting combines clarity with elegance and passion. He is committed to promoting rarely performed and new repertoire and has an extensive discography.

Anu Komsi

The Finnish coloratura soprano Anu Komsi is one of the most well-known artists in her home country. As a sought-after musical partner, she has premiered many contemporary works by Finnish composers. But she is also a popular guest in other European countries for the interpretation of new music and traditional roles. Alongside her singing career, she ran the Kokkola Opera Summer Festival for 14 years. Meanwhile, she has started directing operas as well.

Susan Zarrabi

The Munich-born mezzo-soprano Susan Zarrabi has been a member of the ensemble at the Komische Oper Berlin since the 2022/23 season, where she sings roles such as Hänsel in “Hänsel and Gretel”, Cherubino in “Le nozze di Figaro” and Cupido in “Orpheus in the Underworld”. She is also very successful in the art song genre and has a broad repertoire in the field of masses, oratorios and passions.

Peter Tantsits

American tenor Peter Tantsits specialized early in his career, choosing to focus primarily on performing works from the 20th and 21st centuries. He has premiered over 50 works on the opera and concert stage and enjoys participating in multidisciplinary projects. Of course, he also sings more traditional tenor roles, such as the solo in Beethoven's Ninth Symphony.

Arttu Kataja

The Finnish baritone Arttu Kataja is a two-time prizewinner of the International Mozart Competition in Salzburg and has been a permanent member of the ensemble at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden in Berlin since 2006, where he has sung, among other roles, the great Mozart parts in his field, as well as Marcello in “La Bohème” and Sharpless in “Madama Butterfly”. He has also appeared as a guest at many other opera houses in Europe. He is also a very active concert singer and has already recorded several CDs.

Prager Philharmonischer Chor

The Prague Philharmonic Choir was founded 90 years ago, making it the oldest professional choir in the Czech Republic. It performs frequently in its home country with local orchestras, but also in other European countries as a sought-after musical partner of renowned ensembles. For example, the choir has been Choir in Residence at the Bregenz Festival since 2010. Its discography has won numerous awards and continues to grow steadily.
