Organ

Concert at the turn of the year

With Nutcracker and Mephisto Waltz into the New Year!

About the Concert

The last hours of the year are very special for many people, and they like to celebrate them with a ritual. A New Year's Eve organ concert can be such a ritual. We have invited the Polish organist Karol Mossakowski to play a programme on the Eule organ in the Palace of Culture, bridging the gap between the old and the new year with popular organ works from Bach to Liszt. Afterwards, the audience is invited to experience the countdown to the year 2024 with a glass of sparkling wine in the foyers of the Kulturpalast.
