Instructions:

1. Click on the desired event in the web shop.
2. Select your seats for the desired concert at the regular price.
3. Add the tickets to your shopping cart.
4. Confirm the privacy policy.
5. Log in to the web shop with your details or create a new user account if you do not yet have access to the web shop.
6. You will now be taken to the ‘Review and payment’ overview page: Click on the field labelled 'Kundenkarten-ID/Aktionscode' (Loyalty card ID/promotional code) and enter the discount code.
7. Click on ‘Einlösen’ (Redeem). The price change will be processed immediately and the reduced price will be displayed further down the page.
8. Complete the purchase process and enjoy the concert!
