Christoph Bertram

Christoph Bertram was born in Lutherstadt Wittenberg in 1990. After studying social security, which he completed in 2011, he trained at the Keller drama school in Cologne.
 
Christoph Bertram has been working as a freelance actor on stage and in front of the camera since 2014. Engagements have taken him to the Theater der Keller, the Freie Werkstatt Theater, the Schlosstheater Celle and the Kölner Philharmonie, among others. Since 2017, he has also had recurring engagements at the theatres in Krefeld and Mönchengladbach.
 
In 2015, he was nominated for the Cologne Young Actor Award PUCK.
 
In cinema and TV, he has appeared in "Fritz Lang", "Babylon Berlin", "Tatort Köln" and "Die Aldi-Brüder", among others. He was nominated for the "New Berlin Filmaward" at the Achtung Berlin Festival in 2019 for his leading role in the feature film "Arme Ritter" and also screened in competition at the Hof International Film Festival in 2018. In 2024, he will be seen in his second leading role in a feature film in the Film- und Medienstiftung NRW-funded production "Raumteiler".
