Inken Grabinski, born and raised in Schleswig-Holstein in 1993, began her artistic studies with clarinet as her main subject with Prof. Ulf Rodenhäuser at the Robert Schumann Hochschule in Düsseldorf. She continued her studies with Prof. Johannes Gmeinder, first at the Hochschule für Musik Saar and later at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy Leipzig. She also attended master classes with Prof. Ralph Manno, Prof. Thorsten Johanns, Prof. Harri Mäki, Prof. Johannes Peitz, Prof. Shirley Brill and Giora Feidmann. During the 2018/19 season she was an intern at the Osnabrück Symphony Orchestra and the Städtische Bühnen Osnabrück. Inken Grabinski was a 2017 Bruno and Elisabeth Meindl Foundation scholarship recipient and a 2019 Bayreuth scholarship recipient of the Richard Wagner Association Leipzig. Since 2019 she is an academist of the Kurt Masur Academy - Orchestra Academy of the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra.
