Actor, speaker, but also singer and songwriter - above all idiosyncratic performer - with a strangely rough voice. He acted in radio plays, worked as a dubbing artist and appeared in very different stage plays. His staged readings, developed together with Bettina Schubert (1960-2015), are considered a new, seemingly private form of expression. Programs with his own songs and lyrics, folk songs and "songs of the world" he brings to the stage since the 1980s. As an ambassador of Yidic song, from 1990 he also toured a number of countries, e.g. Poland, France, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Israel, USA, Croatia, Sweden.... He collected forgotten songs, and in recent years he presents mainly Yiddish tangos and cabaret songs.
