Victor Meister studied at the Hochschule für Musik "Hanns Eisler" in Berlin with Prof. Josef Schwab and received chamber music training in the master class of Prof. Eberhard Feltz. In 1995, he won the International Mozarteum Competition in Salzburg, and numerous international master classes rounded out his education, which he completed in 1999 with a concert exam ("passed with distinction"). He has been a member of the Dresden Philharmonic since August 1999.
