JDPh on Tour: SAGENHAFT

"It's an incredible gang of young people," says conductor Dima Slobodeniouk about the Junge Deutsche Philharmonie after their joint spring tour SAGENHAFT. At four concerts in Weikersheim, Hamburg, Berlin and Dresden, the orchestra of the future presented works by Wagner, Salonen and Schönberg under Slobodeniouk's musical direction. The soloist in Esa-Pekka Salonen's cello concerto was cellist Nicolas Altstaedt.
