The Norwegian conductor Tabita Berglund has been described as “one of Europe's greatest promises” (Helsingin Sanomat) and captures the audiences with her charismatic and inspiring style. She has been Principal Guest Conductor of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra since the start of the 2024/25 season and will take up the same position with the Dresdner Philharmonie from 2025/26. In addition to her already broad repertoire from Mozart to Lutosławski, she is particularly committed to the music of composers from the Nordic countries.

In addition to the traditional repertoire for his instrument, he enjoys performing contemporary works and is a reliable partner for composers regarding premieres and first performances.
