Alexandre Bloch

French conductor Alexandre Bloch won the Donatella Flick Conducting Competition 2012 which earned him a position as assistant conductor with the London Symphony Orchestra. Shortly afterwards he jumped in for Mariss Jansons at the helm of the Concertgebouw Orchestra which gave his career another boost. He is a versatile and energetic artist on the concert stage and in the opera pit. In 2024, he ended his tenure as Music Director of the Orchestre National de Lille after eight successful years.

Gabriela Montero

Venezuelan-born pianist Gabriela Montero is not only known as an extraordinary interpreter, but also as a composer. She also amazes audiences with her groundbreaking improvisational talent, which she showcases at almost every one of her concerts and which has already captivated countless listeners. She has taught at the Cleveland Institute of Music since September 2024 and is a dedicated human rights advocate whose voice regularly extends beyond the concert stage.
