The Young Classics

The Youth Club of the Dresden Philharmonic

You are between 16 and 27 years old and want to take a look behind the scenes of an orchestra, learn more about what happens before and after a concert and how exactly a concert itself takes place, and talk about it with other young people after a concert? Or would you like to get to know the Kulturpalast and the Dresden Philharmonic from a completely new perspective?

With the "Young Classics" - the youth club of the Dresden Philharmonic - that's exactly possible!

Together with us FSJs, you will experience an exciting evening that doesn't just include a normal concert visit. Before the concert, we'll take a look at exciting places in the Kulturpalast that you don't normally get to see and learn more about life backstage. Afterwards we visit a concert together and have the opportunity to talk about it over a drink - sometimes even with the artists of the evening!

It doesn't matter whether you're a music ace or you've never been to a classical concert, whether you know the Dresden Philharmonic and the Kulturpalast or not: we're an open and constantly changing group where everyone is welcome!

If you have any questions, please send us an email

We, Uli, Lukas and Friedemann, are looking forward to seeing you!
