About the Concert
Great music can tell great stories. Often enough, entire dramas about love and passion, but also about grief and death, are hidden behind the notes. But no matter whether the melodies are cheerful, melancholy or serious: They always convey feelings and evoke images from memory - for example, the Sicilienne from Gabriel Fauré's romantic suite "Pelléas et Mélisande" certainly does. It is a "play with flowing curves" (Debussy), a play as with blossoms and colors. But what is it about the "Love for the Three Oranges"? Malte and Phili go in search of clues between the Palace of Culture, the Botanical Garden and the Orangery.
