About the Concert

Beethoven's symphonies belong to the "basic equipment" of all orchestras. Who hasn't heard the "ta-ta-ta-taaaa" somewhere! What makes his works so fascinating? Why did Beethoven become a classic? What is behind the "Symphony of Fate" - the nickname of the Fifth Symphony? The Dresden Philharmonic invites students to explore Beethoven's music and life.
