The Dresden Philharmonic goes new ways...

You have a stressful everyday life, are looking for ways to relax and want to try something different? Flow! combines classical music with mindfulness exercises and shows that listening and focusing on your own body go wonderfully together. Four times in the coming season, we will invite guests to the concert hall who will inspire mindful listening: with yoga exercises, meditative live music and information about Mindful Listening. The topics include physical awareness and the physiology
and the physiology of listening, our visual and auditory imagination, the perception of sound layers and interesting facts about emotions and mindfulness in dealing with feelings. You don't need any prior knowledge, the exercises can be done easily at your seat.
