The following provisions shall apply to bookings made by tour operators in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Dresdner Philharmonie.
1. Scope of Application
These Special Conditions shall apply to bookings of 20 tickets or more made by tour operators.
In all other respects, the General Terms and Conditions of Dresdner Philharmonie, as amended from time to time, shall apply.
2. Group Conditions
2.1 Complimentary Ticket Policy
For bookings of at least 20 paid tickets, the group shall receive one complimentary ticket for a tour guide, coach driver, or accompanying person.
The use of the complimentary ticket must be communicated no later than the expiry of the reservation period.
The complimentary ticket is non-refundable and may not be transferred to another event.
2.2 Group Discounts
Group discounts shall apply exclusively to firmly booked tickets.
Christmas, New Year's Eve and Year-End Concerts
5% discount for bookings of 25 tickets or more
All Other Eligible Concerts
10% discount for bookings of 25 tickets or more
15% discount for bookings of 81 tickets or more
20% discount for bookings of 121 tickets or more
2.3 Excluded Events
The group conditions shall not apply to:
Chamber Concerts (Kammerkonzerte)
Family Concerts (Familienkonzerte)
School Concerts (Schulkonzerte)
Organ Concerts (Orgelkonzerte)
Special events for which different conditions have been expressly published
Exceptions may be negotiated individually with Dresdner Philharmonie.
3. Reservations
Group ticket allocations may initially be reserved without obligation, subject to availability.
As a rule, Dresdner Philharmonie grants an option period until eight weeks prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed.
By the expiry of the reservation period, the following information must be provided to Dresdner Philharmonie:
- the actual number of tickets required;
- any requested amendments;
- the preferred ticket delivery method; and
- whether a complimentary ticket for a tour guide or coach driver will be used.
Tickets that have not been confirmed or called off by the expiry of the reservation period may be released for general sale.
4. Booking, Invoicing and Payment
The booking shall become binding upon expiry of the reservation period and notification of the final number of tickets required.
Following expiry of the reservation period, Dresdner Philharmonie shall issue an invoice based on the confirmed number of tickets.
Payment shall be made within the payment period specified on the invoice.
Tickets shall be provided in accordance with the selected delivery method upon receipt of full payment.
5. Ticket Delivery
Tickets shall be delivered free of charge by email to the email address provided at the time of reservation.
Upon request, tickets may be sent to a different email address or delivered by post.
The following delivery charges currently apply for postal delivery within Germany:
- up to and including 15 tickets: EUR 5.00
- 16 tickets or more: EUR 10.00
Separate delivery charges may apply to international shipments.
The delivery conditions in force at the time the invoice is issued shall apply.
6. Amendments and Cancellations
6.1 Amendments to Reservations
Reservations may be amended, reduced, or cancelled in full free of charge until the expiry of the reservation period.
6.2 Amendments After Expiry of the Reservation Period
Following expiry of the reservation period and after an invoice has been issued, amendments, reductions, or cancellations shall generally be excluded.
Any exceptions shall be decided by Dresdner Philharmonie on a case-by-case basis.
6.3 Failure to Attend
Unused tickets shall neither be refunded nor transferred to other events.
7. Falling Below Discount Thresholds
If amendments are exceptionally permitted after invoicing and the minimum number of tickets required for the applicable group discount is thereby no longer met, entitlement to the relevant discount tier shall cease.
In such case, Dresdner Philharmonie shall be entitled to recalculate all or part of the discount granted and invoice the resulting difference.
The complimentary ticket policy shall likewise be determined based on the actual number of tickets invoiced.
8. Additional Services
Upon request, Dresdner Philharmonie may assist tour operators and group organisers in arranging additional services in connection with a concert visit, including guided tours of the Kulturpalast and catering services.
No entitlement to the availability of such additional services shall exist.
9. On-Site Payment Methods
Only cashless methods of payment shall be accepted at the day-of-event and event box offices of Dresdner Philharmonie.
10. Final Provisions
In all other respects, the General Terms and Conditions of Dresdner Philharmonie, as amended from time to time, shall apply.
