Aurel Dawidiuk

Since summer 2024, Aurel Dawidiuk has been the very first Associate Conductor of the Concertgebouw Orchestra in Amsterdam for a tenure of two seasons. Born in Hanover, he first studied piano and organ, then conducting. He has won several organ and piano competitions with flying colours and continues to perform on both instruments, while rapidly expanding his conducting career, which has already taken him to ensembles such as the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, the Kammerorchester Basel, and the Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne.

Charlotte Thiele

Young violinist Charlotte Thiele from Dresden appreciates versatility and extraordinary concert formats. She performs as a violin soloist with orchestras, and occasionally also as a duo with her brother, the cellist Friedrich Thiele. She also plays in chamber music formations and as guest concertmaster with ensembles such as the orchestra of the Deutsche Oper Berlin or the Kammerakademie Potsdam. Since the 2023/24 season she is a member of the Giuseppe Sinopoli Academy of the Sächsische Staatskapelle Dresden as 1st concertmaster.

Friedrich Thiele

Dresden-born cellist Friedrich Thiele has already won numerous national and international prizes that have opened the door to an international career for him. He appears as a soloist with renowned ensembles and plays chamber music with top-class colleagues. Since 2021, he has been 1st concertmaster of cellos in the Staatskapelle Dresden.
