Daniel Haupt

As the Dresden Philharmonic's music educator, Daniel Haupt is on stage at many concerts as a presenter or speaker and/or is involved in program planning behind the scenes. After studying the flute in Leipzig and London, he initially worked as an orchestral musician and soloist. However, he had already become increasingly involved in the field of music education during his studies and later complemented his professional training with a degree in cultural and media management.

Victoria Esper

Her main goal is to present musical education in a lively way and to inspire children in particular for the world of classical music: Victoria Esper often works as a speaker and presenter and helped develop the fantasy character Phili for the concert series “phil zu entdecken” for the Dresden Philharmonic. She has a degree in singing and has also worked as a cultural manager in recent years. She also works for Aktion Zivilcourage e. V., where she is committed to social interaction and media literacy for children.
