Music for everyone - For over 150 years, the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra has stood for concerts of the highest artistic standard, musical education for all ages and a view beyond the musical horizon. Guest performances on almost every continent and collaborations with guests from all over the world have established the orchestra's reputation in the international classical music world.

At home

... the Dresden Philharmonic has been at home in the first-class concert hall in the Dresden Kulturpalast since 2017. It seats almost 1,800 and, with its coral-red seats and spectacular ceiling, is a place where musicians and guests alike feel at home.

Gastronomy

Café Solo is located on the west side of the Kulturpalast (first floor). Here you can enjoy traditional coffee specialties and a selection of favorite snacks from 'back in the day'. In the foyer on the 1st floor you will find Café Tutti, which provides catering during breaks in the bars on the 1st floor and in the café on the 1st floor and creates relaxed moments with a unique view of the Altmarkt. An exclusive reception can be offered before the concert or during the interval. Reservations in Café Tutti are possible at:

Local transport included in the ticket

Your concert tickets are valid for travel on all S-Bahn trains, regional trains, streetcars, buses and Elbe ferries between Altenberg and Hoyerswerda, Riesa and Sebnitz from 4 hours before to 6 hours after the start of the event.
 

The Saxon state capital has two large railroad stations, the main station and Dresden Neustadt station, which are connected to all major German cities by ICE, EC and IC trains

You can reach Dresden via the A13 from the north (Berlin) or the A4 from the west (Leipzig/Chemnitz). Leave the highway at the exit 'Dresden-Hellerau' or 'Dresden-Altstadt' and follow the signs to the city center. Coming from Prague, take the A17 and leave it at the 'Dresden-Südvorstadt' exit

The streetcar stop 'Altmarkt' with lines 1, 2 and 4 is located in front of the Kulturpalast.
