The pianist Adelle Eslinger-Runnicles is originally from Canada and worked for many years at the San Francisco Opera, where she served as a répétiteur and pianist preparing world premieres such as Jake Heggie’s "Dead Man Walking" and John Adams’ "Doctor Atomic". She now lives in Berlin and works regularly as a répétiteur at international opera houses and festivals. Since 2006, she has curated the chamber music series at the Grand Teton Music Festival in Wyoming, where she also performs as a pianist.

Eva Dollfuß comes from the Rhineland and was appointed Deputy Concertmaster of the Dresden Philharmonic even before completing her postgraduate studies. She is also a passionate chamber musician – notably in the Jeanquirit Quartet, which she founded – holds a teaching post for violin at the Dresden University of Music, and, since 2021, has been directing the Dresden concert series "Masterpieces – Master Performers" with her chamber music partner Matthias Wilde.

Cordula Fest received her first violin lessons at the age of 5. She studied at the Hochschule für Musik in Dresden with Prof. Reinhard Ulbricht and with Prof. Yair Kless at the University of Music in Graz/Austria. Numerous master classes, among others with Zakhar Bron, Donald Weilerstein and Roman Totenberg/USA completed her studies.

Alexander Teichmann attended the Special School of Music in Dresden (I. Brinkmann), studied in Dresden (H. Rudolf) and Berlin (S. Picard), was a scholarship holder at the Bayreuth Festival in 1990, went to the Wiesbaden State Theater in 1995, and has been a member of the Dresden Philharmonic since 1996.

Christina Biwank is principal violist of the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra. She is also active in a variety of chamber music activities and holds a teaching position at the Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber Dresden.

Beate Müller, born in Erfurt, began playing the violin at the age of 8. She attended the Special School of Music in Weimar and switched to the viola a year before she began her studies. She first studied with Thomas Wünsch in Weimar and later with Dietmar Hallmann in Leipzig.

Sonsoles Jouve del Castillo was born in Madrid, where she first received violin lessons from her father. In 2000 she began her viola studies with Prof. Enrique Santiago at the Stuttgart University of Music and Performing Arts, changing to Prof. Gunter Teuffel's class in 2002 and graduating with honors from both her studies and the soloist class that followed.

Yuri Yoon, a violist originally from South Korea, is a member of the Dresden Philharmonic. Previously, she held a temporary contract with the Staatskapelle Dresden and was a scholarship holder at the Academy of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra. After initially studying in Seoul, she continued her training in Munich and through masterclasses. The award-winning musician has performed extensively in chamber music with renowned colleagues such as the Quatuor Ébène, Nils Mönkemeyer, and Alexander Sitkovetsky.

Simon Eberle is Associate Principal Cellist of the Dresden Philharmonic and has already attracted attention with several competition successes, including first prize and the Mahler Prize at the 2021 Gustav Mahler Competition in Prague. In addition to his orchestral activities, he also performs as a soloist and has appeared with renowned chamber music partners such as Igor Levit and Veronika Eberle at festivals such as the Heidelberg Spring, the Verbier Festival and the Festival d'Aix-en-Provence.

Daniel Thiele was born in Dresden in 1971. Growing up in a church music environment, he became acquainted with the great passions and oratorios at an early age. His professional musical education began at the Sächsisches Landesgymnasium für Musik Carl Maria von Weber Dresden and continued in 1989 at the Hochschule für Musik Carl Maria von Weber in Dresden. He later moved to Munich where he completed his studies with Prof. Reiner Ginzel. He received additional impulses during courses with David Geringas, Walther Nothas and Anner Bylsma. In 1994 Daniel Thiele became a member of the Orchestra Academy of the Sächsische Staatskapelle Dresden, where he took lessons with Peter Bruns.
Since 1995 he has been a cellist with the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra.

Kathrin Bäz has been Principal Flute of the Dresden Philharmonic since 2018, having previously played in the same position in the Tyrolean Symphony Orchestra Innsbruck. Prior to her permanent positions, she was a member of the Academy of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, where she spent formative years playing under the baton of conductors such as Bernard Haitink, Mariss Jansons, and Herbert Blomstedt. Chamber music is particularly close to her heart, which is why she followed additional studies in this field in Frankfurt.

aniel Hochstöger was born in Vienna, Austria, in 1992. At music school he learned clarinet, recorder and piano. After attending several talent development projects, he studied clarinet at the Konservatorium Wien Privatuniversität with Matthias Schorn, where he graduated with an excellent bachelor's degree in 2013.  He then studied clarinet at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz with Gerald Pachinger (Master) and recorder (concert subject) at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna with Carsten Eckert. At the Academy of Music "Hanns Eisler" he also completed a master's degree in clarinet (with Martin Spangenberg).

Born in 1994 in Aschaffenburg, Felix Amrhein began bassoon lessons at the age of 7, immediately inspired by the sound of the instrument. After studying for a year with Prof. Albrecht Holder at the HfM Würzburg, he began his bachelor's degree there in 2012, supported by scholarships from the Bischöfliche Studienförderung - Cusanuswerk and the Yehudi Menuhin - live music now organization.

Pianist Andreas Hecker has been an instrumental accompanist for piano and harpsichord at the Dresden University of Music since 2008 and was appointed to a professorship there in 2017. He is also an official accompanist at various international competitions and masterclasses. In addition to early music, Andreas Hecker is primarily dedicated to chamber music and regularly plays with members of the Staatskapelle and the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra, among others.
